If you are unsure about sizing of anything or have any questions about our products, feel free to use this form to contact us. Can’t find your size, we might be able to order it in. Special Orders require a 25% deposit. We are a boutique shop and only stock regular sizes, if you need Petit or tall let us know.
Returns & Refund Policy
All Garments including motorcycle gear
We will refund the cost of the regular stocked products within 30 days of purchase, the items must still have tags (MotoGirl) and original packaging. Items that are special order will be determined on a case by case bases.
Riding Gear: Any merchandise which has been ‘taken out for a ride’ is considered used and cannot be returned.
Refunds will only be issued after the product has been returned to us and inspected. Only the cost of the item will be refunded, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a guaranteed / signed for service as we cannot refund items we don’t receive back, proof of posting will not qualify as returned. Return for exchange due to sizing – this must be done within 14 days and the customer is responsible for all shipping cost.
All items are manufactured to the highest standards however we do accept returns for up to 30 day period if the item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing default. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use. Product colour fading is not covered under manufacturing warranty.

Hightail Hair Products
We will refund the cost of the product within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We understand it is likely that you have installed the clips and those may not be in their original condition. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are unable to sell Merla Moto Brand gear to the US.
